How accurate are the colours of the jewellery in the photos?We use natural lighting and shoot with a professional dSLR camera. We do our best to include different backgrounds in our images to help demonstrate the colours. Rest assured that we only sell items if the photo accurately represents it. You are also welcome to visit either of our stores where you can see the jewellery in person

How reliable is your delivery service?All orders are handled by the most reliable delivery services to ensure that they arrive undamaged and on time. Your order will have a unique code which can be used to determine if your item has been delivered. Tracking services vary between courier service.

How do I return an item/order?Firstly please view our Returns Policy before applying for a refund. Customers are asked to send items back to our Returns address. To avoid refusal of refund it is important that the order is packaged to ensure it is not damaged in transit. The cost of delivery will be at the customers own expense.
