We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible; however circumstances such as system failure or weather conditions may delay the delivery time.
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99
UK Standard Delivery for orders over £50 – Free
UK Priority Shipping (1 Working Day) - £15
International Delivery - £25
International Delivery for orders over £125 - Free
UK Priority Shipping – orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
International delivery times will vary. Please contact us before placing your order.
At checkout it is important to correctly enter the recipient’s name and address. On occasion the recipient may be required to provide a signature and/or proof of identification in order to receive their order – it is important to cooperate with the delivery service provider.
If a delivery is refused, the customer will be issued a partial refund with the original postage & packaging costs, and any returning delivery costs deducted.
The shipping cost for large or custom orders may depend on the weight of the products.
New Fashion House is not responsible for any additional customs charges and taxes when shipping to your destination.
On rare occasions where we may be unable to fulfil you order you will receive an e-mail notifying you of cancellation and you will not be charged.
New Fashion House packages its products to the highest standards and shall bear no responsibility for orders lost or damaged during shipping.

Statement Regarding Covid-19
We would like to inform our customers that there may be a slight delay in delivery times - the sharp increase in online shopping due to the pandemic and series of lockdowns has resulted in courier services being stretched.
We are running at 100% and will continue to dispatch your order on time (and usually ahead of schedule). However if you need your order urgently we recommend opting for faster delivery services at checkout.
Refunds are offered on items received within the last 14 days.
Items are not eligible for refund if:
the item has been used/worn
the item is not returned in its original packaging
the seal on the item wrapping has been broken
the item is a perishable good
the item has been returned damaged
Due to hygiene reasons nose rings (nath), earrings and earrings as part of a set are not eligible for refund.
Clearance or Sale items are not eligible for refund.
